Insurance and Financial Policy

We are committed to the highest level of integrity in the diagnosis and treatment of our patients. Our level of care will not be undermined or influenced by your dental benefit plan. We provide treatment and services necessary to maintain proper oral health regardless of your insurance coverage. Please remember, our agreement for payment is with you, not your insurance provider. To avoid any misunderstandings regarding your dental insurance, we wish our patients to know all professional services rendered are charged directly to the patient and that you are personally responsible for payment fees. We do not render services on the basis that the insurance companies will pay our fees. As a courtesy our office submits the patient’s insurance claim directly to their insurance company. Any benefit an insurance company pays will go directly to the subscriber. You are welcome to leave your credit card number on file with us for your convenience. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You may also consider paying your balance with a Citi Health Card or Care Credit plan.

Rescheduling Policy

​Our mission is to deliver the highest quality dental care for
you and your family. As a courtesy, we will contact you
with a reminder three days prior to your appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please
contact us at least 2 business days before your appointment.
Please keep in mind we do require a confirmation, otherwise
you risk forfeiting your appointment. Without advanced ​
notice, we are unable to contact other patients that may have been able to use the time that was ​reserved exclusively for you. We know emergencies do arise and we will certainly consider your special circumstances. Please keep in mind that multiple cancellations or missed appointments will result in a $50 cancellation fee per hour you are scheduled.
