Meet The Doctors

Dr. Gaby R. Cosgrove

Dr. Cosgrove maintains memberships in many professional organizations including the Academy of General Dentistry, California Dental Association, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, and The Beverly Hills Academy of Dentistry. She is also a member of the esteemed Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Cosgrove currently serves on the Peer Review Committee of the Los Angeles Dental Society and has been an active member of this committee for the past 4 years. Dr. Cosgrove is committed to staying on the top of her field and has completed many hours of continuing education including the Esthetic Continuum at UCLA Dental Schools and the Kois Series of Courses.

She was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After completing her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania she decided to follow in the footsteps of her father and received her dental degree from Temple University School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency at the Long Beach Veterans Administration Medical Center. Dr. Cosgrove has been in private practice since 1996.

Dr. Cosgrove and her husband Danny, a physician, have two children. In her spare time, Dr. Cosgrove is dedicated to social action and is an active member and leader within her community.

Dr. Lauren Povitz

Dr. Povitz was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at McGill University, then continued her studies at McGill's dental school, graduating with distinction in 2011 as a doctor of dental medicine. The following year, Dr. Povitz completed a General Practice Residency. She has worked in private practice since 2011. 

Dr. Povitz was a young leader in the Montreal dental community as a member of numerous professional associations. She sat on the executive committee for the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and looks forward to being involved in many of the dental organizations here in Los Angeles. Dr. Povitz attends continuing education courses to continually enrich her knowledge and skills to best benefit her patients as the field advances.

Outside of the office, Dr. Povitz enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young sons. She also enjoys exploring the city and getting to know all Los Angeles has to offer.
