FAQs

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions our patients have about our practice and dentistry. If you have any other questions or would like to schedule an appointment, we would love to hear from you.

Yes! However, we are out of network with all insurance companies, we don't have any contracts. That means that although we will submit your claims and do any necessary paperwork, you are responsible for the full fee at your appointment.

We don't allow insurance companies to dictate how we treat our patients. An example would be an insurance company only allowing a silver filing when a tooth-colored filling is best for the patient.

We treat every patient as if they are family, and don't allow insurance companies to choose the labs, materials, etc. we use.

We would love to be able to submit to any and all insurance, however, we are only able to submit to PPO or Premier plans.

If you have an HMO, DMO, or DHMO you are required to see an in-network provider with your plan.

No problem at all. In fact, over half of our patients are self-pay! We do ask that payment is made at the time services are rendered. If you have any questions about our fees, please call our office at (310) 246-0444.

Yes! We love meeting new people and would love to have you!

Our mission is to deliver the highest quality dental care for you and your family. As a courtesy, we will contact you with a reminder three days prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 2 business days before your visit. Without advance notice, we are unable to contact other patients that may have been able to use the time that was reserved exclusively for you. We know emergencies do arise and we will certainly consider your special circumstances. Please keep in mind there is a minimum broken appointment fee of $50 per hour you are scheduled.

We do have parking in the building, which is valet. You can either let our amazing valets park your car, or they can direct you to the best spot if you prefer. If you choose to valet, we do not validate the parking. The structure for parking in our building is located off of Linden Dr. There is metered parking between Little Santa Monica and Santa Monica Blvd. which you enter from Roxbury. Or, sometimes, you can find street parking.

We have been told that we have some of the strictest Covid-19 Protocols in Los Angeles. In fact, we have an entire page dedicated to Covid-19 here. We take your safety, as well as ours, very seriously. We update our protocols regularly to adhere to the CDA, ADA, and CDC Guidelines.

Yes! We all voluntarily get tested regularly. We have the same protocols for our team as we do for our patients.

The health of our team and patients is of the utmost importance. All of our team is vaccinated.

We're so happy you chose to get vaccinated! As of right now, that doesn't much in the office. All Covid-19 Screening Forms are still required prior to your visit. We will still take your temperature at your arrival and we are still limiting patients in our reception area. If you have any further questions, please call the office at (310) 246-0444.

If you have traveled within the past 2 weeks, please call the office at (310) 246-0444.
